The Lifeguard Station 22 Area is less crowded due to the smaller width beach at high tides. It’s the central access point for Dog Beach. Ample parking can be found in the Lower North Bluff Parking Area(16 cars) and the South Bluff Parking Area (180 cars). A Dog Beach Representative is on duty weekends and holidays by the entrance to the beach access walkway. |

This picture is looking north toward the upper Northern Bluff Parking Lot. In this picture the high tide line can be seen on the beach. Not much room at very high tides to walk dogs in this section. However, it is less crowded than the other access points, since it is a little harder to locate. |
